Comic Collection

I’ve been keeping my comic collection for awhile now in my friend’s storage unit. It was the perfect place since the unit was climate controlled. My friend has decided not to keep the storage unit anymore so I’ve got my collection back at home. It was great looking through the comics remember all the different stories. I’ve got a nice collection with some really good gems in there like when Batman gets his back broken.

I started collecting in 1993, and I even remember my very first comic book, X-Men Unlimited #1. That was the book that started it all. Now I’ll need to go through all the boxes and catalog everything. I’m definitely not looking forward to that. Most of the books are in some kind of order at least, though there’s still probably about a good third that need to be organized. As you can see from the image above, there’s a lot of boxes to go through.

After the cataloging comes the next step of deciding which, if any, books to sell. The hard part will be finding people to buy the books that I don’t want. It’ll be hard because if I don’t want the book there’s a very strong chance that no one else wants it since it’s probably a worthless book. Hmm, I guess that statement can sound a little arrogant grin
